Do You Offer Returns or Exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our products, The Blanket Lady does not generally accept returns for personalized blankets. Each item is specially made to order with great care, ensuring it is uniquely yours. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned. If you are not 100% satisfied with your personalized blanket, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team. We’ll be happy to work with you to discuss your options and find a solution.
