  • Call The Blanket Lady at 877-877-7228 and a customer service representative will retrieve that information for you.

  • When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail notification with a UPS tracking number.  Haven’t received that e-mail yet? Click the "Login" link at the bottom right of our site to check your order status.

  • If you would like to make any changes to your order or would like to add a rush charge, call The Blanket Lady anytime Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST at 877-877-7228, within 48 hours of placing your order.

  • Login to your account to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact The Blanket Lady customer service department for assistance.

  • Yes. Please email us at blanketlady@mackellar.com to request one.

  • If you have a Blanket Lady account, you can login to see previous orders (from March 2025 forward). For orders placed prior to March 2025, call 877-877-7228 and a customer service representative will retrieve that information from you.


  • The Blanket Lady carries acrylic yarn in over 25 colors, so choosing your favorite can be a challenge.   Some of the most popular color combinations are listed on the baby blanket page, though there are many other options to consider.  Still can't decide?   • The Blanket Lady accepts Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover.

  • Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered two shipping methods.

    1. UPS Ground for domestic shipments

    2. USPS First-Class Mail International Package for international shipments

    If you are in the metro Detroit area, you can always elect to pick up your order from our facility in Rochester Hills, Michigan.

  • If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

  • Your blanket will ship from The Blanket Lady’s facility in Michigan four weeks from the date you order it. The Blanket Lady does offer a two-week rush service for an additional fee ($20). You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

  • Please note that international shipments may incur additional charges. You will be contacted by The Blanket Lady with details regarding these fees before your package is shipped.

    Additionally, many countries impose duty fees, which are assessed upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • For custom orders, The Blanket Lady does not generally accept returns.  However, 100% satisfaction is important to The Blanket Lady, so please call the customer service department to discuss your options should you find yourself unhappy with your product.  Non-personalized items are accepted for return within 30 days.

  • Absolutely.  The Blanket Lady uses the Secure Socket Layer protocol to protect the security of your online order information.  SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than The Blanket Lady.  SSL encryption is the highest standard in Internet security.
